My Approach to Therapy
Though you may not feel very strong right now, you possess your own personal strengths. As we sort through the problems that brought you to therapy, we will discover and develop your unique strengths and put these to use in helping you find greater fulfillment and inner peace.
I have a deep respect and admiration for my clients. I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk with you in your personal journey.
I listen carefully, regarding you as the expert on yourself and your life. While listening is important, I will also actively engage you so that our joint exploration will lead to insight, information and new skills that you can use to improve your life.
Most people find that I am warm and personable and that our conversations feel very natural, nonjudgmental, and supportive.
